A path to healing, resilience and lasting change
I am a health and wellness coach and speaker who teach women to reclaim their brains after concussion by addressing the powerful intersection of trauma, belief, and neuroplasticity. After being told I would never recover from her own head injury, I rebuilt my brain using principles from psychoneuroimmunology, targeted brain integration exercises, and energy work. Today, I guide women beyond fear and limitation into whole-person healing - restoring not just brain function, but confidence, identity, and hope.
Over the years, I have helped many clients navigate emotional stress of all kinds, release old patterns, and reconnect with their inner strength. I especially love supporting people who are ready to cultivate positive, empowering beliefs - beliefs that fully support who they are and the future they want to create. I bring a broad range of training and experience to my work, including GEO 3, Instant Miracle, Educational Kinesiology, Access, NLP, TFT, and other modalities. Having multiple approaches allows me to tailor each session to you, making your experience both impactful and enjoyable.
My healing offerings
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes. Many clients notice meaningful shifts even after their first session, while deeper, lasting change often unfolds over a series of sessions as we gently address the root of the issue - energetically and holistically.
If you are ready to heal, grow, and step into your best future, I would be honored to support you on that journey.
Specialized in teaching other to heal their injuries
I am deeply passionate about working with individuals who have experienced concussions, physical injuries, and emotional trauma, because this journey is one I know personally. At the age of 28, I was told by medical professionals that I would never fully recover from a serious head injury and multiple physical injuries - that my life, as I knew it, was essentially over. I was living with intense, debilitating pain. Yet, against all expectations, I healed.
Today, I live completely pain-free, even though medical imaging of my spine suggests I should be in severe pain. This experience profoundly shaped my belief that mind over matter truly matters. Beyond physical healing, I also overcame early childhood trauma - experiences that often set the stage for negative patterns later in life, including unhealthy or even abusive relationships. I once laughed at a bumper sticker that read, “Happy childhood, happy life. It’s never too late to have a happy childhood.” I now know how true that statement is.
